The COSMOS organic standard has been created by an alliance of 6 of Europe's leading organic certifiers

BDIH  - Germany
Cosmebio - France
Ecocert - France
ICEA - Italy
Ecogarantie - Belgium

 

While waiting for the standard to be implemented we would advise all UK cosmetics buyers to only purchase Soil Association standard skin care products, cosmetics and other beauty products.

Many so called organic products have no certification or are certified by organisations with much lower standards
